Quality Control Specialist

岗位职责:
&#； Develop, implement and maintain quality control process and procedures to support the Bohai Operations quality programs for engineered equipment, materials, on and off site fabrication, warehouse materials, equipment preservation and out-of-service equipment &#； Develop and implement process and procedures and track and trend quality defects and non-conformance &#； Risk rank, prioritize and establish corrective action plans for defects and non conformance &#； Identify potential quality problems, undesirable trends and potential risks &#； Lead, facilitate or participate in RCFA to resolve quality related equipment failures &#； Routine interface with Supply Chain and HSE QA for identification and resolution of materials and services deficiencies and compliance with regulatory affairs &#； Participate in prequalification process for contractors and suppliers utilized within the Bohai Operations &#； Plan, lead or participate in QC program audits including vendors and contractors &#； Develop and implement contractor and supplier quality surveillance processes and procedures &#； Ensure contractor quality management systems are fully implemented and effective &#； Coordinate contractor and supplier quality surveillance of new equipment and facilities. &#； Develop vendor data requirements for equipment and materials &#； Manage vendor data distribution including input to applicable EDMS systems &#； Manage shop inspection, testing and certification records including input to applicable EDMS systems. &#； Routinely audit and monitor the quality control programs and ensure systems are functioning at managed performance levels. &#； Promote improvement and optimise the quality control programs to improve overall asset and operating integrity performance &#； Prepare reports to management for quality related issues, corrective action plans, and routine tracking/trends &#； Provide quality training

&#； Bachelor Engineering with master engineering or management preferred &#； 5+ years of experience in industry in Offshore, Engineering and Procurement with international experience preferred &#； Working knowledge of relevant engineering & construction codes and standards &#； Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment &#； Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills &#； Good written and oral communications &#； Self directed and motivated with strong desire for to improve quality and performance &#； Strong command of continuous improvement management systems &#； Good analytical and organizational skills &#； Good computer skills 〔MS applications and data bases） &#； ISO Auditor Training
